Comelli, Flanders and Ruge

April 4, 2008 (San Dimas, CA) Police-Writers.com is a website that lists state and local police officers who have written books. The website added three police officers from California agencies.

In 1959,
Ivano Franco Comelli graduated from San Jose State College and joined the San Jose Police Department. His law enforcement career spanned 37 years culminating with his retirement at the rank of captain.
