Fugitive is Linked to Two Pearland Bank Robberies
Hines is charged with aggravated robbery in Brazoria County, Texas. He is wanted for a parole violation in Harris County, Texas. Hines is also wanted for questioning in connection with the robbery of the Associated Credit Union of Texas (ACU Texas) Credit Union on February 29, 2012. During the robbery of the First Convenience Bank, it is alleged that Hines walked up to the counter and handed a teller a letter-sized manila envelope. He told the teller to fill the envelope with cash. While threatening the teller that she was being watched, he lifted his shirt to reveal a pistol packed in his waistband. No one was physically hurt during either robbery.
